TIE/co; Special Ops Fighter during deployment

The TIE Commando swooped low over the tree tops and landed silently in a small clearing. The cockpit opened and the occupants swiftly moved outside; their eyes quickly adjusting to the dusk light, and the image was further enhanced by their standard issue, ‘night-sight’ goggles. A few clicks sounded as they locked and loaded fresh ammo packs into their las-rifles. The TIE, cargo safely delivered, closed the hatch and moved off. The commander passed the order to check in and secure the area. Each of the troopers radio crackled into life, then radio-silence. The group passed over the brow of the hill and nestled in dense undergrowth. The scout brought out his long range electronoculars and observed the extensive enemy movement in the hardline Alliance township below. The valley wall was steep, but not insurmountable.

The group moved down the valley with the stealth and expertise that could only come from many years of intensive training, and once they reached their target they all knew they would require every ounce of that training to make it out alive...
